Still waiting for my full night's sleep. However, it's not as bad as it seems. Often she does sleep through but my body is programmed to wake up and does anyhow. I actually don't miss getting a full night's sleep. After the first few months, you are so pleased to have slept for 4 hours straight that it really refreshes you! ;-) Seriously!!

And time really flies at this stage too - this is probably because the last few weeks of pregnancy crawled by so slowly; got to make it up!

And yep, it is hard to eat properly at this point - don't beat yourself up over it too much. The breastfeeding will help (if you haven't joined [livejournal.com profile] breastfeeding I suggest you do - some great tips in there!)

More bad news - I still had 14lbs extra on me a year later. To be fair, I never dieted or tried to shift it though. But now is too soon for you to be trying that; I think it's generally accepted that it's better to do the dieting thing when your milk production has settled which I *think* is in a few months or so or it could affect things.

The bleeding with extra activity is totally normal. I've heard it's your body's way of telling you that you're overdoing it a bit but who knows! Hopefully it'll stop soon. But do keep an eye on that fever; I had a high fever which was because I had retained placenta and ended up back in hospital for 3 nights - this is a Bad Thing! So if it comes back, do get yourself checked out or take the antibiotics or both.

I'm glad you're enjoying things! Don't worry about being weepy - you're supposed to be. It's a huge change, and also your hormones are departing your system at a rate of knots. Never mind the exhaustion. Also, as you're discovering, it's just not possible to do lots of the stuff you used to.. yet. This bit sucks the most, but you will go snowboarding again and have time to do the other stuff one day!

Sounds like you're doing great! You go mommy :D
