Calamity Me

I am currently waiting for the phone to ring. I have a phone interview scheduled for 11am with Micro$oft (shush
poggs, I can hear you from here). They're fifteen minutes late now. It seems I had time to get coffee after all. Bugger.
I managed to stay up until 5 or 530am chatting with Lu and her dude. Good preparation for an interview like this. I was a bit worried about being awake enough for this- sounding lucid and with it. Basically giving the impression that I didn't stay up until the time I would need to be getting up to drive there every morning if I were in fact hired. However, I seem to have solved the awake problem by... um... accidentally flooding the bathroom while in the shower this morning... by ... um... leaving the sink running. Whoops. So... a little adrenaline and we're on our way!
The good news is... I don't actually want this job. If I do well and it's offered I'm planning to turn it down. If I bumble through it, it just saves me the trouble. Either way, I get what I want. Under that premise alone, this will probably be the best interview I ever give.
