Alas, I'm pretty much a medium frame and more of a size (UK) 14/16 but I appreciate the sentiment! :D Having said that, I did get rather huge by the end so it would have been pretty awful to go another three weeks like that, getting bigger all the time!
She was most definitely healthy - apgars of 9 and 10 and free to go as soon as she was checked over :-)
