Hi Bump, we've already met, but I'm guessing you won't remember who I am. See you next year. :)

You never know actually- it may recognize your music. But hopefully it won't remember the lyrics. It's probably a decade and a half too early for that.

Oh, and bump says, "Kick, squirm, wave!"

is that icon a photo of your belly with the little foot sticking out? i knew you could see babies wiggling around in the womb, but i didn't know you could see recognizable body parts! wow. very weird and cool.

That is actually not my tummy. Mine is not that pretty.

You can see the baby move, and you can see the relative size of what part is moving, but I have a little too much padding for you to be able to see anything that distinct.

It's also been suggested to my that in most cases it would be hard to see anything that distinct until after the water has broken, but I cannot be certain on that one. I'm sure my midwife would know.

But yeah, if you're ever over late in the evening, you can definitely watch my belly dance. It's less predictable earlier in the day. Unless of course you rest a book on my belly (like I tend to do at night when I'm reading), in which case you're almost certain to get little person to try to move out of the way.

Yay! Best of luck with the next few weeks for you all, and it is great to hear you're doing better now.

*hugs*

Thank you! And I hope you're feeling better after your insomnia and general bleh the other day.

I too find that reading at night really helps calm me and allows me to sleep better. Somehow stops the head squirrels from running a muck on the mental wheels and gears.
